Registration policy

Clear terms, refund rule, and venue update policy.

If the applicant count does not reach 12, the registration fee will be fully refunded. If the venue must change urgently, participants will be informed at least 1 week in advance and the new location will still stay convenient for BTS / MRT access.

Important notes
  • Full refund if the final applicant count is below 12.
  • Any urgent venue change will be announced at least 1 week ahead.
  • The updated location will still be near BTS / MRT lines.
